Changes:
1) Add command in telnet to support changing SSID in Client model operation.
   The SSID change can take effect immediately without reboot.
   Command:
            set essid "XXX"  -- to change essid in Client Mode.
            show linkinfo  -- to display link infomation in Client Mode.

Fixes for v2.06
1) some snmp managment tools failed Walk test.
